We sell only remanufactured
printer toner at this store.
- How much is the shipping cost
?
We currently offer free shipping
to all locations in Peninsular
Malaysia. For shipping fee to East
Malaysia, we merely charge a
nominal fee which is very
affordable.
- What happen if the
remanufactured toner that I
purchased is defective ?
All remanufactured toner sell
at this store gone through
stringent quality control process
and it is very unlikely that you
will receive toner that is
defective. In the event that there
is some printing issue with the
toner, we will replace a new
remanufactured toner for you as
long as you are able to send back
the said defective toner to us.
- What
is remanufactured printer toner
cartridge?
Remanufactured cartridges or
Recycled Toner Cartridge make use
of the used original cartridges
that have been through one cycle
of service and have been
disassembled, cleaned, and
refilled. The printer drum
are also changed at the same time.
They are thoroughly tested to
ensure quality, and their
performance is as good as new
cartridges. Remanufactured
cartridges are 40-70% cheaper than
OEM cartridges.
- Will

warranty?

for a period of 4 hours for
further execution by user. After
this period, the merchandise would
be taken out from the cart

- When do I expect to receive
the merchandise?
Orders received will be processed
immediately. Estimated
delivery time depends on the
destination address. To
calculate the delivery time, we
add the time it takes for your
ordered merchandise to arrive at
our warehouse from our supplier
and the time needed for the
delivery agent to deliver to your
designated addresses. The
following is an estimated time of
delivery.
Standard shipping: 3 - 4 business
days.
Please note that we do not deliver
to P.O. Box addresses.

without going through the online
catalogue ?

You will not be able to complete

The goods will be delivered within
5 days from the date of your
order. In the event that some of
the products that you have
purchased run out of stock, we
will contact you to inform you the
new delivery schedule and have
your confirmation to proceed with
the purchase.

be delivered ?
Depending on the weight, size and
location of delivery, we will use
either courier services, Pos Laju,
our delivery van or third party
transport services to deliver your
goods.
