  • What type of Toner and Ink that you sell in this store ?
    We sell only  remanufactured printer toner at this store.
  • How much is the shipping cost ?
    We currently offer free shipping to all locations in Peninsular Malaysia. For shipping fee to East Malaysia, we merely charge a nominal fee which is very affordable.
  • What happen if the remanufactured toner that I purchased is defective ?
    All remanufactured toner sell at this store gone through stringent quality control process and it is very unlikely that you will receive toner that is defective. In the event that there is some printing issue with the toner, we will replace a new remanufactured toner for you as long as you are able to send back the said defective toner to us.
  • What is remanufactured printer toner cartridge?

    Remanufactured cartridges or Recycled Toner Cartridge make use of the used original cartridges that have been through one cycle of service and have been disassembled, cleaned, and refilled.  The printer drum are also changed at the same time. They are thoroughly tested to ensure quality, and their performance is as good as new cartridges. Remanufactured cartridges are 40-70% cheaper than OEM cartridges.

  • Will remanufactured printer ink & toner cartridges void my printer warranty?

  • Is Remanufactured ink and toner cartridge different from Refill?

    Re-manufactured cartridges have far better quality than the Re-fill cartridges. The Refilled Toner Cartridges  just go through the simple process of refilling the used cartridge with ink and this often end up with refilled toner of poor printing quality.  At www.TonerWholeSale.com.my , we merely sell Remanufactured Toner Cartridges that have gone thorough remanufacturing process and changing of critical printing parts in the toner cartridges.
  • What happen if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?

    Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.
  • When will I be billed?

    Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to be shipped out.  Please note that all products are subject to availability.
  • Do I have a choice in currency payment?

  • When do I expect to receive the merchandise?

    Orders received will be processed immediately. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination address. To calculate the delivery time, we add the time it takes for your ordered merchandise to arrive at our warehouse from our supplier and the time needed for the delivery agent to deliver to your designated addresses.  The following is an estimated time of delivery.

    Standard shipping: 3 - 4 business days.

    Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Can I purchase the good without going through the online catalogue ?

    You can contact our office at +603.89449965 / +603.89449365 and inform us the item you wish to purchase. From there, we will inform you the amount the you need to pay and payment can be made via Bank Deposit into our account. Once payment is made, we will proceed to make arrangement for delivery.
  • Do you accept cheque payment ?
    Basically, the products on the site can only be purchased and paid online using VISA Card, MasterCard, Maybank2U, RHB Online, PosPay, Hong Leong Online, Alliance Online and Mobile Money.  You will not be able to complete the transaction without choosing a payment gateway.

    If you wish to payment via cheque, you will have to follow the procedure below:-
    • Email us the list of products that you wish to purchase.
    • We will reply you with the total amount payable.
    • You will need to pay us via cheque by either sending us the cheque or deposit it into our Maybank (MBB) Account No. 514383 511398 and then fax the deposit slip to us to +603.89440665
    • Once payment is cleared, we will deliver the products.
  • Will I will be able to view the total Shipping Charges when I checkout ?
  • How soon can I expect the goods after I purchased online ?

    The goods will be delivered within 5 days from the date of your order. In the event that some of the products that you have purchased run out of stock, we will contact you to inform you the new delivery schedule and have your confirmation to proceed with the purchase.
  • How will the purchased items be delivered ?

    Depending on the weight, size and location of delivery, we will use either courier services, Pos Laju, our delivery van or third party transport services to deliver your goods.
